For Emergencies Leading to Confinement (In-Patient Emergency)

If you need to go to the emergency room, proceed to the ER in any of the Accredited Hospitals and mention Insured with iCare. Please take note that you can only have one (1) emergency in-patient confinement per year per card. If you have been confined already, you need to purchase another card 30 days after confinement. Since Community Care is powered by iCare, the Accredited Hospitals & Clinics List comes from iCare:

For Online Consultation

Starting September 1, 2024 this will be the process for online consultation:

1. Go to your VIBER mobile app and SEND A MESSAGE to this cellphone number: 0917-557-7773

2. Send the following information:

a. Name

b. Card Number / ID #

c. Date of Birth

d. Age

e. Chief Complaint

f. Secondary Cellphone Number (in case the call gets cut off)

g. Email Address

h. Type of Consult whether Consultation Only or Consultation with Request for Medical Certificate

*If asked for company mention "Community Care by Aetos Financial"

For Face to Face Consultation

For face-to-face doctor's consultations: 


1. Go to this link to find an accredited doctor near your area: https://icare.com.ph/icare-accredited-health-partners/. If the link above does not work, Call iCare to ask for a list of accredited doctors near your area: (632) 8-813-0131 (Press 1) or (632) 8-817-7857  or 0917-886-1167 or email msc@insularhealthcare.com.ph 

2. List down the doctors near your area and call the doctor's clinic. Schedule an appointment to ensure you will be accommodated on the date and time you are going to the doctor. Also, confirm if the doctor is accredited with iCare.

3. Call iCare and ask for a Letter of Authority (LOA) at this number: (632) 8-813-0131 (Press 1) or (632) 8-817-7857  or 0917-886-1167 and be ready to answer with the name of the doctor and the date of consultation.

4. Wait for the LOA to be sent to your email and print it. Bring it on the day of consultation.

For Dentist Appointment

If you wish to avail of the dental services, call iCare at (09178861167 or 02-8-813-0131 or 02-8-817-7857) and inform them that you are a Community Care Member (Aetos FinancePH) and then inform them that you wish to avail of dental services.

For Availment of Annual Physical Exam (APE)

Please send this email to request for APE. Please make sure that the hospital or clinic you choose is accredited. For a list of accredited hospital or clinic please read the information above on how to access the list.
