For Online Consultation

Due to a new provider for online doctor's consultations, please note that those who applied after September 22, 2023 will be now using doctoranywhere.ph as provider. For those who applied on or before September 22, 2023 please use mypocketdoctor.com or if you have questions please call Community Care Hotilne at 0905-3462623.

For those who are assigned to our new provider, please go to  doctoranywhere.ph and follow instructions below:

Step 1: Make sure to download the Doctor Anwyhere app from Play Store or App Store

Step 2: In the app click on "Consult a GP"

Step 3: Click on "See The Next Available GP now"

Step 4: Add in your symptoms and information on your condition, then click "Next"

Step 5: The Nurse/Doctor will pick up your call

Step 6: Don’t forget to show your card number for verification. When asked which Insurance company mention InLife Healthcare.

For Face to Face Consultation

If even after doing a phone consultation, you are advised to see a doctor face-to-face, please follow the instructions:

1. Call Insular Healthcare (09178861167 or 02-8-813-0131 or 02-8-817-7857) and ask for at least two (2) names of the accredited doctors in your preferred hospital. For a list of hospitals accredited visit this link: https://www.insularhealthcare.com.ph/accredited-hospitals-and-clinics/

2. Search the internet for the telephone number of the hospital. Call the hospital telephone operator and ask about the schedules of the doctors you have identified. Then ask to be transferred to the secretary of the doctor to schedule an appointment.

3. Once you have the date and time of the doctor's appointment, call Insular Healthcare again (09178861167 or 02-8-813-0131 or 02-8-817-7857) to request a letter of authority (LOA) to be emailed to you. Please have the doctor's name, date, and appointment time ready when asked.

4. Print the LOA sent to your email. Use the LOA as payment during the appointment (do not pay cash anymore).

*Please do not go immediately to the doctor if you do not have a printed LOA.

*If your doctor is not accredited, fill out the form below so we can get in touch with the doctor and encourage them to be accredited and then email the form to care@communitycareph.com (it takes around 30 days to accredit an unaccredited doctor).

For Dentist Appointment

If you wish to avail of the dental services, call FilDoc at 0917-8503230/0939-9223580 to request for a letter of authority (LOA). Make sure you already have the name of the doctor ready before asking for an LOA. The Accredited Dentist List comes from Fil Doc. To view all the accredited dentist list please download the excel file below.

*If your dentist is not in the list we can request them to be accredited. Please contact Community Care at 0905-3462623 (subject to approval of Insular Healthcare/Fildoc and Dentist).

For Availment of Annual Physical Exam (APE)

Please send this email to request for APE. Please make sure that the hospital or clinic you choose is accredited. For a list of accredited hospital or clinic please read the information above on how to access the list.
